Duties and Responsibilities
With reference to the Service Lead in AGRAMKOW Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for incoming customer requests, while showcasing your specialization within the technical field. You secure urgent support, maintenance advice and breakdown repairs when needed and work independently as well as collaboratively with your world-wide colleagues.

Your open-minded and helpful approach shines, especially during on-site customer visits, where you support and advise costumers in any matter regarding maintenance of equipment, installation, or commissioning of machinery.

Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and IIoT for production - and manufacturing environment is appreciated, since you will have to consider this conversion in your work.

Collaboration and Technical Communication
As first-movers in the appliance industry, we expect you to stay updated within the field of electrical engineering. We have customers and colleagues all over the world, therefore, the position requires you to communicate in written and spoken English. A proficient level of Mandarin language is an advantage.

Skills and Experience
As the Regional Service Engineer, you are required to be open-minded, approachable, and able to provide technical support to customers.
The right candidate for the job has a relevant technical education, such as a diploma / a degree in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or similar.

In addition, the following will be required:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an industrial or automation-based project environment.
  • Technical skills and capable to understand PI diagram, E-plan and mechanical drawings is a must.
  • Technical founded with strong interpersonal and communicative skills.
  • Technical hands-on experience is a must.
  • Collaboration with people of all levels both within and outside of the company.
  • Experience of the appliance industry would be desirable, but not essential.

The position is located in Singapore, and your travel will be within the Asia Pacific Region. Comprehensive, thorough training and needed education will be provided in Singapore and at our head office in Denmark.
