Global Support Manager

The new Global Support Manager at AGRAMKOW, will have the chance to form a new position within the company. As a binding bridge between sales and costumers your focus is to deliver efficient customer and sales support on a global scale. Interacting with a wide range of contacts across the global organization, this role requires a deep understanding of our business and exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken. Global Sales Support
As a leader of the global sales support team, your skills in unifying employees across various locations is highly valued. We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about sales, support and leadership, someone who leads by example and is dedicated to make positive changes.

Using your natural focus on customer satisfaction, you will be the first point of touch within AGRAMKOW, if our customers need support. This means you are serviced minded, you can provide the right answers and you leave the costumer with an overall good experience of our support service. 

 

Global Customer Support and ERP systems
You will be responsible for leading and managing a global team of customer support professionals. Together you hold the responsibility to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Using your knowledge and preferably hands-on experiences with ERP systems, you improve our business and the support we offer our customers. This means, you hold a key role in transforming the ERP data into valuable tools supporting our strategies and providing high-quality customer support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless implementation and maintenance of master data globally.
  • Oversee order handling, standard/off-standard projects, and service orders, including quotation of standard spare parts and services.
  • Uphold high data quality in our ERP system and integrate it into our CRM.
  • Provide daily support for sales, lead handling, and follow-up.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree, e.g., cand science,
  • A minimum of five years within management overseeing at least five employees.
  • 5-10 years of ERP knowledge/experience, preferably with SAP P03.
  • 5-10 years of direct customer contact and order handling experience.
  • Strong process-oriented and systematic understanding of businesses, with a proven ability to develop and execute strategies.
  • Experience in a global sales and support department, with deep insights into international markets and cultural nuances.
