Are you an outgoing Service Engineer and do you know the value of great customer support? Would it be thrilling for you to become a part of a highly specialized team, where you will be the expert in supporting our customers in our software solutions? Then you may be our new Service Engineer.
We offer a position in our Service Team EMEA where you will be one of our main capacities within our own Production Line Information System software, PLIS. You will provide with on-site and remote technical support for industrial vacuum and charging systems. You will collaborate closely with our R&D and R&D and engineering teams to continuously improve our systems. Furthermore, you will train costumers and end users on software and production line systems and ensure that our products and systems meet safety, quality and our costumers’ requirements. The Service team operates on a global scale, and you will therefore work in an international environment with high demands for documentation, innovation and LEAN thinking.
