With reference to the Global IT Manager, the IT System administrator will play a crucial role in our IT department, collaborating closely with a Senior IT Supporter and IT System developers. Together, you will maintain and develop our global IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure across all global locations, ensuring availability, security, and compliance.
- Manage, optimize, and secure our hybrid Active Directory environment, including Microsoft 365, Entra, and Intune.
- Administer on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring efficient operation, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Collaborate with internal and external consultants on infrastructure projects and system optimization.
- Lead the implementation of new IT solutions to enhance security, performance, and business needs.
- Document system configurations and processes while driving continuous improvement.
- Open for traveling to our international sites to deploy new solutions and support local infrastructure.
What we expect of you
- You have an education as an IT technician or equivalent
- +4 years of experience with IT Support, team lead or similar
- Expertise in managing a hybrid Active Directory environment and Microsoft 365.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration, network architecture, and cloud services.
- Experience with SharePoint
- Familiar with SAP
- Excellent problem-solving skills, a service-oriented mindset, and effective communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Danish and English, both oral and written.
- Excellent ability to maintain an overview and understand overall processes.
