We are seeking
A forward-thinking professional with some hands-on execution experience, who will be responsible for long-term sourcing strategies, supplier relationship management, and aligning procurement goals with overall business objectives.This role plays are key in ensuring cost optimization, risk mitigation, and driving innovation across the supply chain.

The Procurement department is on an exciting journey to drive strategic development and performance in close collaboration with the entire Procurement team and other internal stakeholders. Our goal is to ensure the right match of solutions and suppliers based on a total cost of ownership perspective.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply a strong mix of commercial mindset, technical understanding, and leadership capabilities
• Manage complexity, build alignment across stakeholders, and consistently deliver results
• Manage supplier performance and relationships
• Lead selected cost optimization projects and support New Product Development (NPD) by ensuring early supplier involvement and the selection of appropriate technologies and platforms
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and engineering to align procurement with operational needs

What We Expect of You

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain roles, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment
• Broad knowledge of procurement practices, cost drivers, market dynamics, and supplier management strategies
• Strong negotiation and supplier evaluation skills
• Excellent time management and project coordination skills to handle multiple priorities
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across organizational and cultural boundaries, at all levels
• A solution-oriented mindset with an analytical approach
• Experience with mechanical, trade, and/or sensor categories is an advantage
• Proficiency in English and Danish – German is a plus
