Who are we looking for
Ambitious students nearing graduation with interests in engineering, customer engagement, and business development. If you’re ready to learn, grow, and make an impact, this program is for you.
Program structure
- Rotational Assignments: The program offers 4 to 6 rotations providing hands-on experience across key business functions.
- Student Onboarding: Students will be onboarded during final year of Master- or Bachelor program and assigned to 2-3 rotations within operation of the business on a part time student contract.
- Post Graduation: Selected graduates will be offered a full time role in a 1 year post-graduate role and following 2-3 assignments in the global organization.
- Functional Assignment: Participants complete a functional assignment in each rotation addressing real business challenges to apply their learning practically.
