Student opportunity – Electrical, Mechanical & Marine Engineering

Engineering students!

Are you studying electrical, mechanical, or marine engineering and eager to apply your technical knowledge in real product development? Do you enjoy solving problems, working with technology, and contributing to meaningful industrial solutions?

- If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Join Our Dynamic Engineering Team

We are looking for curious, motivated, and detail‑oriented students to join our Engineering department. In this role, you will gain hands‑on experience with electrical or mechanical design, documentation, testing, and interdisciplinary collaboration — always matched to your semester level.

Depending on where you are in your studies, you will start in one of our three student stages – Student job, Internship or Bachelor Thesis:

Minimum requirement for starting is 4th semester.

Key Responsibilities – adjusted to student level

As part of the Engineering team, you will learn to:

  • Update and prepare electrical or mechanical drawings and documentation
  • Support the design of electrical panels and / or mechanical systems
  • Participate in interdisciplinary project tasks
  • Assist in test activities and quality documentation
  • Contribute to product improvements and optimization
  • Work with engineering tools such as PDM, ERP, and CAD

Senior engineers will guide you, and responsibilities grow as you progress through our program.

What We Expect from You

You may not have experience as a developer yet — that’s completely fine.
What matters is that you:

  • Are enrolled in electrical, mechanical, or marine engineering (4th–10th semester)
  • Are eager to learn and develop your technical skills
  • Can read and understand electrical / mechanical drawings depending on your field of domain
  • Work independently, take responsibility, and seek solutions
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate well with others
  • Have an interest in product development, testing, and practical engineering work
  • Experience with SOLIDWORKS & EPLAN or similar CAD systems is an advantage but not required — we provide training.

You will thrive here if you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, stay curious, and like having fun while learning.

A Global Workplace

At AGRAMKOW, you will collaborate with colleagues across departments and, at times, across countries. You will use English and Danish in daily work and gain insight into how an international engineering organization operates.

What We Offer

Join a market‑leading company and benefit from:

  • Real engineering tasks that match your skill level
  • A structured development path (Stage 1–3, each 6 months)
  • Mentorship from experienced engineers
  • Flexible working hours
  • A supportive and skilled engineering team
  • A workplace that values people, balance, and wellbeing
  • Great canteen and an active staff association

For students completing their bachelor thesis, the program can transition into a full‑time engineering position after graduation.

Ready to grow your engineering career?

We look forward to receiving your application and welcoming you to our Engineering team.
