Area Sales Manager

At AGRAMKOW, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can take ownership of developing sales areas and contribute to continued growth in both existing and new markets.

About the role

As Sales Manager in our EMEA Sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and development in EMEA. Your focus will be to expand our customer base and strengthen our position within both existing and adjacent business areas.

You will play a part in developing the sales of our software (PLIS) and service offerings by advising customers on how to successfully implement and utilize our solutions. At the same time, you will act as a trusted advisor, providing high-level technical consulting on end-of-line (EOL) solutions to key stakeholders.

The role covers the full sales process – from identifying opportunities and managing quotations to developing long-term customer relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The position includes travel across the EMEA region. You should be comfortable working independently while navigating different markets and cultures.

About you

  • 5–10 years’ experience with technical B2B sales, preferably within HVAC or a related industry
  • Experience with market development and CRM systems
  • Strong commercial mindset combined with technical understanding
  • Experience with customer management and value-based selling
  • Relevant education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably technical)
  • Fluent in English and Danish – French skills are important in this role (German is an advantage)

As a person, you are structured, responsible, and decisive. You are a strong communicator and listener, able to build relationships and facilitate dialogue with both customers and internal stakeholders. You thrive working independently, including frequent travel, while proactively collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the best solutions.
