To support our ambitious product development roadmap, we are looking for a Hardware & Electronics Test Engineer who can strengthen our capabilities within electronics testing, validation and electrical design.

In this role, you will become part of a highly skilled engineering environment and work closely with colleagues from R&D, Production, Engineering and Procurement, as well as external test providers and electrical panel suppliers.

The position offers a unique combination of electronics development testing, hardware validation and electrical design.

What You Will Do
Reporting to the R&D Manager, you will be responsible for planning, specifying and executing electronics development tests while contributing to the design and implementation of electrical solutions for both new and existing products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Specifying and validating PCBA tests, including performance, EMC and temperature testing
• Supporting troubleshooting and root-cause analysis on electronic boards
• Developing and maintaining electronic test environments in LabVIEW
• Creating prototype test setups, both physically and in software
• Specifying test equipment and fixtures together with EMS partners
• Supporting the establishment of production test solutions
• Designing, dimensioning and documenting electrical panels for new and existing products
• Collaborating with external suppliers and partners on electrical solutions
• Preparing technical documentation, drawings, cable diagrams & technical reports

What You Bring
You have a structured and hands-on approach to engineering and enjoy taking ownership of your tasks from planning through execution. You are curious by nature and actively seek alternative solutions when challenges arise.

We imagine that you have:

• A relevant technical education combined with 5–10 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience with hardware testing and validation
• Knowledge of electrical design and electrical panel design
• Experience with LabVIEW and electronic test systems
• Experience with EDA tools such as Altium Designer or similar
• Experience with EPLAN or similar electrical design software
• Good communication skills in English; Danish is an advantage
