Global Strategic Sales Support
Based on excellent strategic skills, you understand and decode the market from both an analytical and political point of view. This means, you understand the customers, the customers’ markets and the movements and tendencies from their perspectives. You translate trends and data into strategic sales initiatives and processes in a manner that the global sales team can support and follow.
You have experience in transitioning from technical sales to a value-based sales approach, which reflects your understanding of customer’s needs and demands. You effectively understand customer-based data and use it to develop the sales force competences and capabilities.

 

Social, Strategical
As a leader, you are described as motivating and inspiring, setting clear, well-structured, and understandable standards. You challenge status quo and encourage your team to embrace new approaches and incorporate wider perspectives in sales situations. Overall, you appear as a role model for your team, forming a work culture characterized by teamwork and responsibility.

Your success in this role relies on your ability to leverage strong social media platforms in your development plan, driving high customer involvement with creative and informative content. Key responsibilities will be:  

  • Leading the Strategic Sales Team in an inspiring and clear manner
  • Ensure marketing material and activities are meeting global and local demands, always aligned with AGRAMKOW strategies.
  • Oversee knowledge of market trends and legislations on a global scale.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve company goals.
  • Analyze global market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Inspire and train the global sales organization.

 

Market strategist with excellent communicative skills:
With your analytical mind and experience, you will develop a visionary go to market strategy centered around value-based information, gathering crucial insights to ensure AGRAMKOW remains an important player in our customers' journeys. Your broad understanding of market movements and upcoming trends will also guide the preparation of global and local marketing material in alignment with AGRAMKOW's sales and product strategies.

 

Qualifications:

  • You probably hold a bachelor’s degree in business development, or related field or a Master's degree that is related to sales.
  • Solid experience from Market Analysis and Strategic Sales
  • Minimum of five years’ experience of people management. 
  • Strategic and innovative business mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative sales and go to market plans.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a global sales team in new directions.
  • Holistic understanding of a global organization.
